1 pound shrimp
1 Tbsp parsley
1 lemon, juiced,
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp finely shredded Romano cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 9x13- inch baking pan
2 Arrange shrimp in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the parsley and lemon juice over the top.
3. Melt butter with garlic in a small saucepan. Drizzle the butter mixture over the bread crumbs. Sprinkle the top with Romano cheese. (Note: the recipe says a tablespoon but we put in the whole package... if you think 1 Tbsp is barely any then go ahead and add more until it's the way you want it. :))
4 Bake until the cheese melts and the shrimp turn opaque and orange-pink in color, 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
There you go. A super easy, delicious way to make shrimp.
