Wintry Wonderland

If Camp in general is one of my favorite things, then Camp in January is like having strawberry pie AND cinnamon rolls AND fruit pizza all at once. Aka, it is the most amazing thing ever. It's even more special because it only happens every few years as opposed to every year. Nick and I could only go for a few days this year due to him having work training he needed to get back for, but those few days were so worth the drive. We packed them full with tubing and skiing (so much so that our legs ached and we were soooo incredibly tired), we lazed around soaking in the cabin life filled with fireplaces and hot chocolate, popcorn and hot soup, best friends and lots of laughter. We watched an episode of Season 4 Sherlock (such a disappointment) and we started Stranger Things (such an amazing show). We were all so glad that there was plenty of snow for tubing and skiing, and we didn't let the freezing temperatures stop us from having lots of outdoor fun. Basically, it was just as great as Camp in January always is and I am going to miss this place sooo much in September.

  1. The snow looks so fun! I haven't played in the snow in a good... 8 to 10 years XD
