October is definitely one of my favorite months. Aside from the fact that it's my birthday month, it's also the most autumny of autumn months and you can feel winter sneaking in as quietly as the first snowfall but it hasn't quite come. It's cold enough to bring out the hats and mittens and some evenings you can see your breath on the air. It looks red and gold and brown like the leaves and it tastes like cinnamon and apples and pumpkin. October is definitely one of my favorite things.

96. Laying out on a blanket watching the stars
97. That moment right after you've leapt off the dock and into the lake but haven't yet hit the cold water

101. Leaves crackling and crunching under foot

The third picture is just awesome. Nuff said. Also, 92, 94, 96, 100, and 105 are my favorites.
